🐾 BARKode Group – Refunds, Returns & Faulty Goods Policy

At BARKode Group, we want you to be happy with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please take a moment to read through our refund, returns, and faulty goods policy below.

🔄 Refunds & Returns (Online Purchases)

Eligibility: Refunds are available on non-frozen and non-perishable goods within 30 days of purchase.

Returning items: Once you request a refund, items must be returned within 14 days, in their original packaging, at your own expense.

Condition of goods: Please make sure items are packaged securely and returned in saleable condition. If goods arrive damaged or show signs of use, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.

Processing time: Refunds (excluding delivery costs) will be made within 30 days once we receive and check your items.

Your rights: This policy does not affect your legal consumer rights.

📦 Order Add-Ons & Shipping

You can add items to an existing order using the Add-On option at checkout.

If you choose to pay delivery again and both orders are shipped together, we’re unable to refund that second delivery charge.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for incorrect shipping choices made during checkout once payment has been completed.

⚠ Faulty Goods (Online or In-Store Purchases)

We take product quality seriously and always want to put things right if something goes wrong.

Reporting an issue: If you find a fault with your purchase, please let us know within 30 days of purchase by email or in writing. To speed things up, a photo of the problem is really helpful and may mean you don’t need to return the item for inspection.

Exchanges: If an exchange is needed, we’ll arrange this quickly and at no extra cost. Replacements will be sent once the original item has been returned and checked.

Postage costs: You’ll need to cover the cost of returning goods to us. However, if the item is confirmed faulty, we’ll refund your reasonable postage costs. If the item isn’t faulty, we’ll return it to you, but you’ll need to cover the postage.

Replacements: Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge within this timeframe, provided they are returned to us if requested.

Out-of-stock items: If the faulty item is no longer available, we’ll offer a suitable alternative or a refund. Please note we cannot always guarantee an exact match.

Disposal: If we send you a replacement without needing the faulty goods back, you’ll be responsible for disposing of the original item.
